Preamble
As students and faculty of Visvesvaraya College of Engineering and Technology, we are committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity, honesty, and responsibility in our research endeavors. This code of ethics serves as a guide for conducting research in an ethical and responsible manner.

Scope and Applicability
This code of ethics applies to all students and faculty of Visvesvaraya College of Engineering and Technology, and covers all research activities, including projects, theses, dissertations, and publications.
By adhering to this code of ethics, we demonstrate our commitment to conducting research that is responsible, respectful, and beneficial to society.

This Code of Ethics for Research has been approved by the Principal and code of ethics committee of Visvesvaraya College of Engineering and Technology.

Functions of the Ethics Committee:
1. To ensure all research is conducted in accordance with ethical principles.
2. To verify originality and plagiarism-free research submissions.
3. To provide approval for research projects involving human/animal studies (if any).
4. To review compliance with institutional Code of Ethics for Research.
5. To recommend corrective actions for any ethical violations.
